Legacy Lore

This page contains many lore elements that are not considered part of the new, official lore. It's very unlikely that it will still be considered canon for new lore, but will maintain relevance in old lore.

99Degrees is a Christmas exclusive character that replaces Happy99 during the Christmas events. They can be obtained in Databrawl Roleplay through the "I'm Too Much" badge.

Databrawl (Battle Version)[]

Stats[]

240HP, unknown walkspeed.

Weapons/Abilities[]

Blaze Blasters - Unlike regular Cracker Blasters, Blaze Blasters shoot out three fireballs that deals 20 damage and explode into AOE fire after a while. Any enemy that touches the lingering AOE except for Holly ROM, Everfrozen Rudolph, and other 99Degrees will be applied with a burning status effect that deals one damage every 10 tick. This burning status effect can be reduced or stopped with healing bytes, food, and Program Hearts.

Tornado Inferno - A move that replaces Happy99's Trouble Twister and works exactly like said move, albeit with the addition of 99Degrees spewing out 16 fireballs in random directions, and a nerfed speed boost. This attack does 32-36 damage in frontal AOE, while the fireballs do 20 damage.

SDKSCMPWZSS (Super Duper Kadooper Splooper Chuper Mooper Pooper Wooper Zooper Show Stooper) - The same move that Happy99s can do with no added differences. To read more about this move, view the Happy99 page.

Knockback Resistance - 99Degrees cannot be flung by Mines or Special Tokens.

Flame Resistance - 99Degrees cannot be burned by the fire of other 99Degrees.

More Facts[]

  • 99Degrees was added on December 18, 2023.
  • 99Degrees design is based off of Heat Miser from ''The Year Without a Santa Claus".
  • In Databrawl Roleplay, Blaze Blasters only shoots 1 projectile without a lingering AOE on impact, with Tornado Inferno shooting no projectiles, this is most likely due to it's disruptive nature.
  • 99Degrees is alphabetically the first character in Databrawl Roleplay's character menu.
  • Before its release, 99Degrees originally had much different colors due to DuncanDunclub not knowing what colors it should've had. However, SudoMesh was able to correct it to their intended vision, the current coloration of 99Degrees.
    • However, the original colors of 99Degrees is a restricted character in Databrawl Roleplay, being named "99Degrees (old)."
  • A combination of a flat glowing decal and glowing particle effects are used to pull off the fire effects that make up most of 99Degrees' body, with the decal making up the flame spilling out of its fireplace torso.
    • This decal cannot be seen clearly in the pictures provided on the wiki, but can be investigated by zooming your camera in on its model in game.
