This page contains many lore elements that are not considered part of the new, official lore. It's very unlikely that it will still be considered canon for new lore, but will maintain relevance in old lore.
The Blight is a Hollow-related corruption in Databrawl lore, a non-playable enemy character spawned by the Fructo Warden in Databrawl Battle Zone, and a playable character in Databrawl Roleplay unlocked by obtaining the Blightfelled badge.
Lore[]
As stated by the description, the Blight was a corruption that affected the Hollow Computer greatly. Eventually, they were made no longer a threat, though the description implies that some are still lurking in the Hollow Computer, seen as a sign of dark times.
Databrawl Battle Zone[]
In Databrawl Battle Zone, Blights are enemies spawned by the Fructo Warden. There are two types of them able to be spawned: Floating Blights and Walking Blights. What they do is evident by their name, with Floating Blights floating above players and occasionally floating down to ground level to strike them, and Walking Blights crawling up to and lunging at players to attack them. Walking Blights are much more aggressive than their floating counterparts. Any Blights alive will be immediately killed when the Fructo Warden dies.
Stats[]
Each variant of Blight has 60HP.
Weapons/Abilities[]
Blight Strike - Both variants of Blights will attack by striking with their claws, with Floating Blights dealing 24-28 damage, and Walking Blights dealing 16-20 damage.
Anti-Invisibility Vision - Blights are able to see any cloaked/invisible characters, including Sourewalkers and Spyvamps.
More Facts[]
- Blights were added to Databrawl Battle Zone and Roleplay on November 17, 2023.
- As of now, only the Floating Blight variation is in Databrawl Roleplay.
- The Fructo Warden is actually corrupted by a particularly enormous and powerful Blight.
- This Blight would've originally shed the Fructo Warden's body to begin a second phase during its respective boss battle, though this was cut due to time restraints.
