Chipster Cookies are Cookies that have absorbed excessive data when they were being created. They are the Cookie equivalents of Bloatware.

- They can carry twice the amount of jelly that normal Cookie can in their bodies, however this isn't the case, as most Chipsters carry the amount of jelly normal Cookies have.
- Their "shells" are hollow similar to most Cookie, yet half-filled. The substance in their bodies that makes them heavier is a combination of Jelly and the clumps of data they absorbed while they were being baked.
- When they mature, they become extremely fatigued and are more likely to sleep for tons of hours to days, making them not eat that much, as said in their in-game description.
