Databrawl Origins is a game that is mostly a hybrid of 2021 Databrawl and old mid-2018 Databrawl.
Changes[]
- Hardware Paladins appear as a special in the game.
- Hardware Paladins were never Special Token characters in mid-2018 (nor are they specials in the current Databrawl), making it an entirely new addition to the game.
- Ghostgram, Donie McChubb, and Henry Sweetums return as token characters. These characters were originally token characters in older versions of Databrawl, making their appearances returning ones.
- Many attacks like Bloatware's Bloat Stampede and CIH's Stone Toss have been removed due to these characters not having the attacks back then.
- Boost Gems are also in the game, something that was never in any other additions of Databrawl.
- There are three kinds of Boost Gems, attack, speed, and jump. Grabbing these Boost Gems and using them will increase a specific stat for a very short time. Using multiple Boost Gems will increase the stat more and more.
- So far, Boost Gems have only appeared in Databrawl Origins. However, they were a planned addition to regular Databrawl that was never added.
- Infected Chubbs can throw Mines.
- Many newer characters like Espacio and Mediwall are absent.

- Before it was released to the public, it was jokingly called "DATABRAWL 2🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑".
- There are various references to community jokes throughout the map.
- A Droidder car can be seen in the parking lot next to the Database File Library.
- There are billboards showing images of Espacio Mining and Survive The Chubbs, two ironic Databrawl-related fan games.
