Databrawl Roleplay is the roleplaying version of Databrawl.
In this version of Databrawl, players can play as a wide variety of characters and explore the entire section of the Standard Computer that Databrawl takes place in without any barriers. As suggested by the fact that this is the roleplaying version of Databrawl, players cannot engage in combat with other players here.

Characters within Pack #1 can all be unlocked by paying for the Character Pack 1 gamepass, which costs 150 Robux. The characters within the pack are mainly made by community members rather than the developers.
The description for the gamepass reads as follows:

The vast majority of the characters were created by the community, and a few of them are even canon in Databrawl lore. It's a mixed bag of characters of all shapes and sizes!"

Characters within Pack #3 can all be unlocked by paying for the Character Pack 3 gamepass, which costs 100 Robux. The characters within the pack are mainly mini forms of Anthro characters, but there are also a couple of other characters inside.

Restricted[]
Characters within the Restricted pack are locked to the public and cannot be accessed by normal means, making them exclusive to players who are Contributors, Developers, or are chosen by Development Team. Additionally, some characters within the pack are only playable by specific individuals, which disallows even others with restricted access to use them unless they are a Developer, but this extra restriction is often only applied to self-inserts which are considered too personal for others to use, aside from their owner. The characters within the pack are mainly powerful characters, anthro characters, giant characters, joke characters, and self-inserts.
More Facts[]
- Initially, Databrawl Roleplay was never intended to exist. The main fighting version of Databrawl was meant to be the only version of Databrawl. Meanwhile, "Databrawl Roleplay" was just a joke concept. However, when the two head developers DuncanDunclub and Saezi kept repeatedly seeing some players refusing to engage in combat, demanding peace, complaining about being killed, and peacefully roleplaying with each other, the two head developers decided to make Databrawl Roleplay as a way to keep the peaceful players (also known as "Friendlies") out of the fighting arena. Databrawl Roleplay was still seen as a false, joke version of Databrawl shortly after its creation, being that it was simply designed as a habitat for Friendlies.
- Databrawl Roleplay's game page image originally had "Now stop asking for peace in the real Databrawl" written in white text underneath the main pink text, which was different from the current main text. The white text was eventually removed around January 2019, along with the main text being changed as Databrawl Roleplay gained more characters, and the logo being changed.
- At one point, Databrawl Roleplay had a location called Memory Meadow, which was never seen in the main battle zone version of Databrawl.
- There was once a concept for PvP in Roleplay, and was tested two times with the first test around January 2019, and the second test later that month. However, the button for enabling the PvP was removed, suggesting it has been completely removed from Roleplay, and the concept was abandoned.
- There was once a point where Databrawl Roleplay was called "Ow my computer" jokingly, this was due to the fact that the servers could fit 700 players and had Future Lighting enabled, and was extremely laggy.
- Databrawl Roleplay originally had a different thumbnail featuring the old Scareware design. Sometime after Scareware's redesign was made public and added to Databrawl Roleplay, it was officially changed.
