Doomjuices are a species of Corruption. According to their in-game description, they have a connection to MyDoom.
Real World Counterpart[]
Doomjuice is a computer worm first seen on February 9, 2004. This worm uses a backdoor left open by the infamous MyDoom worm to spread. Notably, it only attacks computers previously infected by MyDoom, avoiding uninfected computers entirely. After the 8th of February, the worm will start a DDoS attack against Microsoft by starting 16-96 parallel threads that connect to the website and constantly try to download the main page.
