Mega Tokens are Special Token-like objects that were added during the April Fools event in Battle Mode.
Collecting a Mega Token will transform a player into one of eight special Token-Earnable characters. The player remains a Mega Token-Earnable character until they die.
Mega Tokens spawn in random locations around the map. Upon spawning, they explode violently. The explosion causes players to get flung if they are within the blast radius, and the amount of damage the explosion does varies depending on how close a player is to the Mega Token.
Before spawning, they do a glowing charge-up animation and sound effect (although the sound effect is at x2 speed) in order to warn players that they are about to spawn in that location, giving the players time to get out of the way before the Mega Token fully spawns and explodes, the explosion does a maximum damage of 325 and has a 30 stud radius.
Players that own the "VIP" gamepass are notified when a Mega Token spawns.
Mega Token-Earnable Characters[]
Unlike Special Tokens, any player on any team will get one of these eight characters upon collecting a Mega Token.

- The Observer and Unknown Horror were both Dev Only characters before becoming Mega Token characters.
- Java Scripter, Scareware Beast, and Stuxnet all carry movesets from removed characters that are unable to be listed on this wiki. In Scareware Beast's case, it is a returning character that has been redesigned due to its old designer not wanting to be associated with Databrawl.
- Malware Gigabyte is the only character that was added after the Mega Token was added to the game.
- Developers are able to enable Mega Tokens spawning outside of the event, and can also be forcibly spawned.
