Musclegrams are one of the several Program types. They are big and strong. They also have an ocean blue color by default. Additionally, Musclegrams are the standard class variant of Musclegram, and are the "mascots" of the Musclegram species.
In lore, they are commonly found in Muscle Computers. Unlike most other types of Programs, they are extremely capable of defending themselves.
Musclegrams are always alert and ready to fight, having rough attitudes and generally being fairly fearless.

Musclegrams typically wield weapons such as machetes and cleavers.
Mega Punchers - Musclegrams can defend themselves by punching with their fists, called "Mega Punchers".
Musclegram Bruisers are a larger and stronger class variant of Musclegram.

- Muscle Bloatware are extremely rare to find inside and outside Muscle Computers.
- Musclegram Bytes received a design and model on March 14, 2020.
- Muscleboard could be considered a variant of Musclegram.
- All Musclegram variants were revamped to their current design on July 15, 2020.
- Musclegram Bruisers were originally called "Musclegram Chubbs" before they were revamped on July 15, 2020.
- Musclegrams are one of the friendly characters that can break windows, a reason why is because when they got slightly updated on March 14th, 2021, they received the Mega Punchers tool which is only designed for corruption Brawlers.
- Originally, Musclegrams had Scottish accents in lore. However, on April 27, 2021, this became non-canon, leaving character accents up to players' interpretations.
- In Databrawl Roleplay, if a player tries to sit anywhere as a Musclegram Bruiser, a message pops up on their screen saying "Puny seat cannot handle muscles!".
