Plagued Mediwall are the Hollow variant of Mediwall. They are based off of plague doctors, which is made apparent by it's bird like head shape as well as it's advanced additions. Constantly hunched, there is a beam part connecting the head and torso together. The character's need for that beam is unclear, likely only added for 'aesthetic' purposes until further notice.
It is said that Plagued Mediwall have a hint of personality to them despite having no greater sentience. Unlike the other Fructowall, who are mainly cold and mysterious, Plagued Mediwall are very friendly towards their civilians. Exhibiting a strong amount of care for them, especially the Pumpkrin species, sometimes they'll drop everything just to tend to them. It's very likely that they're aware of Pumpkrin's childish personalities and the fact they are weaker than default Programs. As a result, they will do their best to take on the role of a caring guardian when need be. Despite their intimidating appearance, they are quite kind and tolerant towards citizens and their shenanigans, taking skin scrapes just as seriously as a fatal injury.
Of course, this overprotective nature makes them extremely aggressive when both a corruption and civilian are within the same vicinity. While they are not as strong as a normal Fructowall, they'll still try to keep the corruption away until a standard unit deals with them.
Weapons/Abilities:[]
Medi-Syringe - The Syringe has 2 modes, shown below.
- A normal jab, able to deal up to 35 damage.
- When a meter on the right of the screen is fully charged, the Mediwall is able to switch to a ranged mode which will fire a green glob that will explode and heal players in it effect for a short time while the gas effect is there. Unlike with Enraged Fructowalls, this glob cannot hurt enemies.
As of February 3, 2024, this weapon is replaced with the Plagued Syringe in Databrawl Roleplay, a reskin of the Medi-Syringe.

- This is the second plague doctor related concept to get in game, the first being Backup.
- On February 3, 2024, Plagued Mediwall gained ten new accessories and the Plagued Syringe item.
