Rosalias are Corruptions in Databrawl Roleplay.

Lore[]

In lore, Rosalias lurk in deep, underground sections of a computer's inner workings and form tight-knit groups known as colonies. They are very social creatures, as a Rosalia on its own is vulnerable, but even a small group of them can be extremely dangerous. Rosalias typically attack their victims out of nowhere or as a reflex. They are persistent and agile, and have very feisty attitudes. They can get bored with things rather easily, which can also lead them to trying to attack things for entertainment. Rosalias don't discriminate about who they'll attack; it depends purely on their surroundings and personality. Most Rosalias are completely neutral, but some have a special hatred/adoration for programs/corruptions.

Rosalias don't need to eat much to survive. Some can survive for days on end on a single piece of food and for a couple weeks on a larger meal before needing to eat again. Most need to eat every 3-5 days on a regular diet.

A Rosalia's ear nubs are very expressive and are usually the best way to tell their mood. The larger set of nubs can move separately from the smaller set, but witnessing such isn't exactly the most common thing to see.

To communicate, Rosalias make a lot of strange and somewhat "cutesy" squeaks.

Weapons/Abilities[]

Poison Syringe - Rosalias use a strong, yet slow-acting poison as their preferred weaponry. The poison seems more like a virus, and as a result, is usually referred to as such. The poison is administered via a syringe.

Infection - Like many Corruptions, Rosalias are capable of infecting entities such as Programs. Rosalia-infected Programs have dark, claw-like bruises (akin to the fictional computer virus' fictional biological inspiration) which form on their bodies. They also internally bleed, blood possibly seeping out from present eyes and/or mouth. These infected Programs become living transmission vectors for the virus, transmitting it via touch. The infection is often benign and unnoticeable at first, but quickly ramps up often resulting in a volatile end result.
