Smartgrams are one of the several Program types. They are short, blue, and bigheaded.
Often, Smartgrams do not prefer to interact with other entities unless it is absolutely necessary. They can often be seen focusing intensely on something, whether it be an action or an object, and one reason for this is because they try to stay busy (unless they have absolutely nothing to do).
Smartgrams also slightly lack a sense of individuality, as their homes tend to not be very different from each other. They often prefer for their homes to only have necessities within them rather than having any unnecessary decorations. Although, there are some Smartgrams who like to get creative with things.

- When it comes to clothes, Smartgrams prefer to wear comfortable and/or formal clothes.
- Smartgram Hearts look more like a human brain than a heart.
- This is likely due to the the amount of Memory Potency within the heart itself, the fact that the brain is responsible for smartness, or a little nod to the fact that the heart is within the head, like all mini characters.
