This page contains many lore elements that are not considered part of the new, official lore. It's very unlikely that it will still be considered canon for new lore, but will maintain relevance in old lore.
The Underground was a dark and empty space beneath the Fire Pit, its exact reason for existence is unknown; however, it's assumed that it served as a placeholder for a sewer system and/or utility tunnels.
Entry Method[]
The oldest method to access the Underground was to have two Firewall units disable the Fire Pit's laser grid via two buttons located on the Central Island. After both buttons were pressed, the laser grid would be disabled for approximately 30 seconds, allowing safe access into and out of the Underground until the laser grid reactivated.
However, following an update to the Fire Pit on January 13th, 2020, the Underground was removed temporarily so that the developers could remodel the Underground to fit the new pit, which would then be implemented back into the game on March 29th, 2020, this time it was only accessible via Fast Travel.
Then the Fast travel GUI would be updated, removing the option to go to the Underground, and sealing it from public access once again (for now, at least.)
Lore[]
The Underground's utility to the Home Computer has long since faded amidst the Corruption invasion, now serving as a safe-haven for all types of Corruptions, right below the thriving city of neon and circuitry, and (mostly) out of sight and reach of Firewall Security.
More Facts[]
- The Underground was added to Databrawl Roleplay around June 2019.
- Before its removal, the Underground was connected to the Corruption's Underground Mine, and also had ten Slot Machines...for some reason.
- The Odd Bunch's shack is located in the Underground.
