This page contains many lore elements that are not considered part of the new, official lore. It's very unlikely that it will still be considered canon for new lore, but will maintain relevance in old lore.
Vilnav is a major antagonist in Databrawl, as well as one of the Dataverse's Virus leaders. He is the leader of the Virus army seen in Databrawl's Battle Version
Appearance[]
Vilnav has the build of a standard Virus, though as shown in-game he is slightly taller than average. He has a perpetual angry-looking expression, a small scar across his eye, and subtle bags/lines around his eye. He wears a magenta-pink cap with a dark pink strip just above the brim of the cap. Within the strip, on the front side of the hat there is a pink circle outline that has the Virus army symbol within it. Vilnav also wears a magenta chestplate. On the front of this chestplate, there is a symbol that resembles the silhouette of a Virus Titan's head on it. In addition to this, Vilnav wears large shoulder pads. The right shoulder pad has two golden lines across it while the other has the Virus army symbol on it. He wears a long, magenta cape on his back that is attached by two large golden buttons on the top of his chestplate.
Lore[]
Vilnav has a high desire for Access Codes since they can provide enough access to a computer for full-scale Corruption invasions.
He and his Virus army were able to enter the Home Computer featured in Databrawl's Battle Version successfully thanks to an Access Code for the computer that he was sold. However, Vilnav and his forces were not only greeted by Programs and Firewall Security units as expected, but were also unexpectedly greeted by a Malware army, which was being led by a Malware leader named Muadeu. This is due to the fact that the people who sold Vilnav the Access Code also sold Muadeu one that led to the exact same computer that Vilnav intended to invade. Currently, Vilnav's Virus army is fighting against Muadeu's Malware army for dominance while also harassing the Programs and other good software in the computer.
Personality-wise, Vilnav is ill-tempered, violent, and inherently evil. He uses his power as a platform for excessive and unadulterated violence. As stated by DuncanDunclub, he is "for all intents and purposes irredeemable".
More Facts[]
- According to DuncanDunclub, the scar seen on Vilnav's eye was caused via a direct encounter with Muadeu.
- The damage on Vilnav's eye is a grazing injury recived from being punched by Muadeu
- Vilnav was created and introduced by DuncanDunclub on June 24, 2019.
- Vilnav was redesigned into his current design on November 28, 2020.
- Vilnav was made into a playable character in Databrawl Roleplay on April 10, 2021. Before Muadeu was added, he was restricted.
- Vilnav can be earned by getting the Dataverse Grandmaster Badge in Databrawl.
- As stated by DuncanDunclub, the culling of Viruses with "impurities" is rampant in Vilnav's army due to him wanting the pure pink cones that perfectly reflect him and little to no differences between individuals. Meanwhile, other virus armies wouldn't care less, just as long as their soldiers get killing.
- If Vilnav was told to do stealth, he straight up wouldn't be able to do so due to his intense bloodlust.
- Similarly, if his army was escorting a precious payload, all of his soldiers would likely be too distracted by the thrill of battle to focus on protecting something, and might even use that same payload as a battering ram.
- Vilnav, in technical terms is immune to stuns, practically having infinite stamina levels of aggression, with DuncanDunclub stating that "he has never once stopped to take a breather on the battlefield."
- For a very long time, due to a oversight, Vilnav in Databrawl Roleplay didn't have the canon checkmark symbol, this has since been fixed on July 6th, 2024.
